        中国电子系统工程第三建设公司始建于1953年，其前身是电子部机电设备安装公司。新中国成立后，最早从事国家重点工程项目建设，现隶属于信息产业部中国电子系统工程总公司（CESEC），经建设部核定为国家一级施工企业；全国环保产业协会会员单位，并于1999年通过ISO9000国际质量体系认证。
        公司现有职工1000余人，各类专业技术人员共200余人，其中高级职称20人，中级职称81人。公司下设八个分公司及环保工程处，四川省电子工程设计院、成都市洗消剂厂，实力彰然。可承接电子、炉窑、钢结构、消防设施、机电设备安装以及环保等各类工程项目。并具备有国内一流技术水平，享誉甚高。
        在五十多年来，公司承接了全国机械、电子、航空、航天等700多项工程，其中有近70项为国家、省、部级重点工程，施工成绩斐然。从五十年代的长春第一汽车制作厂、中国第一重型机器厂等国家重点工程到六七十年代航空、电子等20多个三线厂的建设。八十年代以来更是涉及国内各大中型城市的各类工程施工：如亚洲最大的彩色显象管锥炉生产线、深圳中康玻璃有限公司、石家庄宝石玻璃有限公司、泸州机场、咸阳窑炉砌筑工程、苏州佳能、上海索广、上海美蓓亚精密轴承厂新建工程、天津一汽丰田有限公司、广州本田公司、成都飞机公司、武汉东风汽车公司、上海松下公司、苏州松下公司、重庆鲁能星成消防安装工程、广东东莞玉兰大剧院职能化工程、英特尔（上海、成都）公司等安装工程。公司还承接了以华西医大、四川省人民医院、攀钢、广汉三星堆等300多家工业及医院污水、废气处理工程。
         公司先后开发出液氯消毒装置、NaCIO2及CIO2发生器等环保产品荣获国家科技成果奖及三项国家专利：“物理化学技术＋生物技术＋自动消毒技术”为主的系列污水处理工艺；袋式除尘器的废气导流技术；公司研发的《SYWC系列医学污水自动处理装置》获中国电子信息产业集团科技进步三等奖和中国安装协会第六届科技成果三等奖。

The 3rd Construction Corporation of China Eleotronic Syetems Engineering was founded in 1953, which formar name was mechanical & electronic equipment installation company under electronic industry department. Since the founding of new China, the corporation was one of the first construction units engaged In building for national major projects.Now It is subject to China Electronic Systems Engineering Corporation(CESEC) under information industry department,one of the first-class construotion enterprises approved by construction department; also the national environment protection Industry assoclation member unite and passed IS09000 international quality system attestation in1999.

We have staff over 1000, several kinds of special technology members over 200, among them Including 2Osenior. 81 medium.We hava 8 branch companies and Environment Protection Project department, Sichuan and provincial design institute of electronic engineering engineering and Chsngdu diainfectant factory .which has well- known strength.We can undertake several kinds of project 'items including electronic, stove kiln, steel structure, fire equipment, mechanical and electronic equipment Installation and environment protection and ao on. We have the first-claee technology level at home which has high honor.

These 50 years we have undertaken engineering projects for above 700 in the flelds of national machina,Electronic , aerospaca, aviation etc. all over China.among them there are 70 major projects of nation,province, deprtment.The achievement is great. Since frist auto making factory In Changchun,Chinafirat heavy type machine factory for 1950s , tha corporation had undertaken more than 20 construction projects of aviation and electronic factories in China from 1960s to 1970s. Since 198Os, we have undertaken several kinds of big, medium city projects construction such as Asia's biggest colorful kinescope cone furnace product lins.Shanzhsn ZhongKang Glass co.ltd, ShlJiazhuang Jewel Glass co.ltd; Luzhou airport, Xlanyang stove kiln construction project, Suzhou Canon, Shanghai SSV,Shanghai NMB precision axes new building protect.Tianjing first auto Toyota co.ltd, Guangzhou Honda company, Chengdu aeroplane company, Wuhan DongFeng auto company.
